2月3日消息 力拓集团昨日宣布，公司已于2月1日完成了对旗下加铝全球医药包装、烟草、欧洲及亚洲食品出售工作，总售价共计19.48亿美元。
公司首席财务官Guy Elliott表示，这一复杂的交易的完成是力拓在解决负债问题及资产重组的重要一步。自2009年开始，力拓已从美国撤资56亿美元，而这些款项，连同公司的收益将增强公司的现金流现状，提高运营的灵活性，以便公司追求增值的投资机会。并称减债仍在继续。
